So the year is almost at a close. What can we say, it's been awesome. We have loads of new clubs and individuals who have joined the Spin11 community spanning the length and breath of the country and further afield. We will quickly recap on a few moments and some highlights of the year for us. Hope you all enjoy and have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. We can't wait for what 2020 has in store.
Ambassadors Mark and Ronan sum up their year
2019 started off strong with a few results and aiming to move up a cat. Unfortunately some sickness and other commitments stopped that from happening. My greatest achievements for the season would be to PB in every Time Trial I entered comparing to 2018, which was a goal of mine for steady improvement year on year. The biggest highlight had to be riding in the World Masters Cyclocross Championships in Mol, Belgium with Kinning Cyles. - Mark
Another busy year racing off road for me, cross country MTB with a few Enduro's thrown in for the fun of it and then finishing off with a strong Cyclocross season. Thanks for the amazing gear and support guys, it makes life on the bike so much better. - Ronan
Not everyone however had such a great year. We hope all who we cater for that didn't have such a great year, whether it was down to illness or injury makes a speedy recovery and we see you back out on the roads or trails for 2020.

2019 was a year to forget for me suffering an horrific knee injury. However before I got laid up my highlight was riding the Pass'portes de Soleil event in France decked head to toe in my Spin11 kit. Here's to a comeback and better 2020. - Neil

Mixed emotions for 2019. I've really started to progress as my second season racing track endurance, had my best results ever winning a silver medal at the European championships and i've ended the year with a couple of falls. Thankfully I plan on leaving that trend in 2019 and can't wait to make 2020 my best year yet while always looking the best thanks to Spin11, thanks for all the support. - Shannon
2019 was one of my best seasons yet, getting to compete in the European Youth Olympics. Then going on to win National Championships at the end of the year really topped off the season off. A massive thank you to Spin11 for all their ongoing support and hard work with me throughout the year. Looking forward to getting back and giving it my all at some European races in 2020. - Adam

This year was my first year of less training and more smiles per miles. Normally my plan is to do as many local club races as I can. Instead, this year was just plain and simple gravel, gravel and more gravel. The biggest highlight of the year was 'The Lakeland Gravel Grinder'. It was so great promoting Co. Fermanagh's beautiful countryside to the gravel community. Thank you Spin11 for all the support and excellent cycling kit. - Darren
I have ordered our club cycling gear from Spin11 for the past two years and it has been a very pleasant experience. From the first time I phoned Spin11, they/ Gary guided me through the daunting process of choosing kit, styles etc and I must say the quality of the kit is very good. Gary always answered his phone and emailed back immediately when I had questions. Nothing is a problem for the team in Spin11 and I must say the design team are excellent. I would recommend them highly and look forward to ordering our club kit for next season.

Highlight of my 2019 was most definitely finishing P2 in the Enduro World Series. It's a dream come true to compete at the highest level of my sport and to be fighting for that top step is such a special feeling. I am also so proud to have defended my Elite National Enduro title. I hope to carry this momentum into the 2020 season as my first year at Elite. Huge thanks to Spin11 for their continued support, kitting me out in the best custom race kit and giving me the opportunity to fly the flag on my sleeve. - Leah
2019 was the seventh year working directly with Cycling Ireland and the Irish National Team. This has truly been an amazing experience for us and we want to just say a massive thank you to Cycling Ireland and all riders who have represented Ireland over the years at various events covering all disciplines. Working alongside some world class riders has helped us develop some of the best looking and performing kit out there, not to mention the fastest speedsuit. Here's to the future and more amazing years supplying the Irish National guys and girls.

I had great fun this year racing triathlon in both UK and France. The highlight was finishing 4th in the Elite British Duathlon Championships. I have loved being able to train on the bike in comfort and warmth in all conditions all year round thanks to Spin11. I can't wait to see what 202o holds. - Maddy

A note from our resident sales guru Gary
It's coming to the end of another fantastic year for me here at Spin11. I've crammed so much into this season between training camp in Calpe, racing with my club Bohermeen CC but by far the icing on the cake in 2019 was tackling the incredible 'Haute Route Alps'. That is something that will be genuinely tough to beat. It's been crazy busy here at Spin11 HQ this year but I relish the challenge and cannot wait to grow personally and professionally in 2020. Main goals for next season though in the saddle is race hard, give it everything and most of all enjoy each and every minute of it along the way.
So we come to the end of this snapshot of what made up a truly special year for all of us. We hope you all had similar great experiences this season and hit some milestones, met some new friends and made memories along the ride. We are closing up today the 23rd of December and will be back in the swing of things from Friday the 3rd of January. If you need us, you'll find us out on our bikes (we really mean the couch eating all the food and binge watching movies)
